European culinary specialty abound, and have nothing to envy to local dishes from other countries of the world! Here is a non-exhaustive list of the most popular gastronomic recipes in Europe.

Spain and its paella

Even if Spanish cuisine is not just about paella, it is still THE emblematic traditional dish of the country. Based on round rice, the culinary specialty originating from Valencia takes its name from the pan that allows it to be cooked.

A real delight! But the emblematic dishes of the country are not lacking: apfelstrudel (rolled apple-cinnamon cake), sauerkraut or even kartoffelsalat (potato salad), German cuisine is just as varied as the others.

Italy and its pasta

Pizza and risotto have such a good culinary reputation, but we must admit that pasta is still THE emblematic dish of Italy, as they are so many and varied. Fresh pasta is indeed infinite! Plain, flavored or filled (ricotta, spinach, tomato, oregano or basil …).

England and its fish & chips

If you are among those who think that the UK is not very advanced in terms of cuisine, know that generalities do not always hold the truth! It all depends on the cook and where the dishes are made.
