Traveling generally means spending a lot of time on the road and in transport. And even if you thought you knew what dangerous roads were after your vacation in Corsica or your trip to Asia, look at the following instead. Not sure that the driver’s license is always enough!
The road to Valli del Pasubio in Italy is a road that looks more like a hiking trail. However, it is used by vehicles that supply refuges located at the end. All in gravel and again without security.
This road in China is quite incredible. It was dug in 1972 by villagers, because the only access to the village of Guoliang was a giant staircase. It consists of a succession of tunnels and open passages overlooking the void.
The road to the Himalayas

Fairly nicknamed by the locals El Camino de la Muerte, the “road of death”, this road says a lot. It links La Paz to the city of Coroico. It would be the most dangerous road in the world, infamous for holding the record for fatal accidents every year (250 to 300).
Fortunately, it is now possible to avoid it by taking another more recent route, which does not follow a cliff 610 meters high…
